You can return the equipment to the nearest Telset service office or use the nearest parcel terminal:

When sending the equipment, please include a cover letter indicating:

• sender’s full name (contract holder’s name);
• service usage address;
• reason for returning the equipment.

Parcel delivery is at the customer’s expense in accordance with the service provider’s price list.
